Determined
Above anything else, Alana is determined! She’ll not take no for an answer and do most anything to get her way, or to prove that she was right in anyway. She’s not ambitious for anything, she just likes to be right and prove it to others ugly maws if she can; especially that of her brother! She’d do almost anything to prove to him that the warrior is stronger than the hunter. If there was another thing she would be most determined to do it would be to not have pups or take a mate. She believes she doesn’t have the patience for pups and never will, but we shall see.
Imaginative
Alana loves using her imagination. You can often find her sitting on her favorite rock by the river just staring at the other side blankly, while inside her mind she sees herself taking down a bear or fishing or just being the greatest. Sometimes she even sees herself training younger To-Bes to catch fish, and in the mean time thinking she’s coming up with the best way in the world to catch fish or to defeat a bear. She is also very playful in the woods with the other To-Be warriors, and perhaps one the roughest in the group.
Protective of Family
This can be seen in many different ways. Whither it is checking in on her brother Birk or just making sure that her parents have everything they need. She would lay her life down to protect her family, and although there is no shame in this the riff that is between the siblings at the moment would make it seem a little awkward to try and protect them from something that she knows they can handle, whither they admit they can cannot.
Easily Angered
Alana wasn’t always this way. It only started just as she was to become a To-Be. Most of her life she was rather easy going! But now, the slightest thing she can take offence to, so be careful what you say to her. Especially about being a Warrior! She has enough to deal with when her brother brings it up. You don’t have to offend her though, to make her angry. She can easily anger herself just by thinking she has done something stupid before all of her friends.
Easily Persuaded
Above all else Alana can be easily persuaded to just about anything that she is told to do, even if her instincts tell her no! It is just those things that her mind is dead set against that you’re going to have a hard time persuading her to do.
Trusting to Anything
And lastly, she is far to trusting!! She has an honor system that she sticks to and she expects you to meet those requirements without knowing what they are. Often she is found with disappointment and she knows that no wolf is perfect, but it would be nice to find some wolf that could meet her standards that she trust with her life willingly! This will be hard to find. 512

Pup-hood
Alana has three other siblings: Aine, Adair and Birk. None of them were really close to start, but with Aine being the youngest of the four they all banded together to always get her out of trouble. This was the start of Alana’s life. To protect Aine, she had been chosen at birth to become a hunter. Alana herself was chosen to be a warrior for her Tribe, there were several complaints about this but it was finally settled that she would follow in her grandfather’s paw steps and become a warrior. Alana comes from a long line of fabulous hunters! The four pups parents were both hunter for their Tribe and did exceeding well at it. Alana came to understand that her grandfather said that the eldest female of the litter was to be a hunter, to break away from the traditional family line for a second time and when it came time for Alana to pass to become an elder she would chose who in her sisters litter of pups would become a warrior and so forth! All of it was very confusing, Alana believed that she would never go to join the Elders one day, that she would always be young and free!
When Alana was a pup she would always play silly games that her mind made up. Once, she tried to sneak out of camp saying that they were under attack by a band of rouges who wanted to take over the Tribe for their own! Her brothers would always join in but Aine would be left out, told that she was too young to be playing that kind of a game with them, and to go flick a leaf and catch it. Aine, to this day holds resentment towards her brothers and sister. Shortly afterwards Birk started doing his own thing, playing games with his brother and sister wasn’t enough for him anymore and he turned more towards learning to become the best hunter, like his father, that he could be for his Tribe. Adair seemed to be the only one who would play the games that Alana dreamed up, but would always argue with her about the position he would be playing. Alana would always remind him that he had been chosen to be a hunter and the warrior was stronger than the hunter! And to this day Alana and Adair are still fighting over this silly little argument. When the day came for them all to be come To-Be’s was the day all the rivalry really started between them.
To-Be
It was the day all the competition began. Everything surfaced, Aine made friends with some of the older To-Be’s and almost never spoke to her brothers or sister. Adair was always looking for a reason to shove Alana’s words down her throat, and Birk just stayed away from it all he wanted nothing to do with anything that his brothers and sister were going through. Alana was on the path to becoming a warrior for her Tribe, her mentors said that she showed promise. She passed her first assessment in no time. Alana was feeling pretty good about herself, until Birk got into an accident with an angry bobcat and broke his hind leg. Alana was naturally worried for her brother and as far as Birk was concerned it was the first real empathy that Alana had showed him. This angered Alana when he told her so, and she stomped out of the Healers den in a flurry of red-hot anger.
Her second assessment almost got her killed when she accidentally got into a fight with a cougar who was out for blood for some reason or other. Her third assessment passed just about the same, if her mentors hadn’t popped out of the bushes to help her Alana would have died. Her fourth assessment has yet to come but when it does Alana will be ready! She’s determined that no matter what her mission for her Tribe will be she will face it fearlessly and prove once and for all prove that the warrior was stronger than the hunter!! She will not let her brother make her eat her words. 698
